Applications

1.It is excellent lubricant for polyolefin and other polyolefin films. It can be used as slip agent and antiblocking agent for PP, CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU and other films, and multilayer co-extruded film, high light transmittance agricultural film, ultra-high molecular weight polyethyl-ene and metallocene polyethylene.

 

2.It is used as additive for printing ink to play a role of lubrication, anti-sticking and anti-fouling, delaying sedimentation of pigments and fillers, helping to disperse, increasing wear resistance, scratch resistance and surface smoothness of the surface, especially improving its smoothness and anti-viscosity in color printing.

 

3.It is used as rubber compound. It is added in the rubber (SBE, SBP, SBR, PP) to improve the gloss, stain resistance and elongation of rubber products, enhancing vulcanization promotion and wear resistance,playing the effect of preventing sun cracking. 

 

4.It is used as release agent and surface smooth and brightening agent for TPE, TEO, TPU and other thermoplastic elastomers and fluorine rubber, as release agent for engineering plastic, as lubricant for high wear resistant materials such as PA (gear, shaft seal sleeve, skateboard, etc.), as lubricating dispersant for ABS graphite fiber modified materials and as an effective anti-adhesive hot melt adhesive.
